EnLink Midstream names Garberding, Lamb to executive leadership team


EnLink Midstream LLC (NYSE: ENLC) and EnLink Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: ENLK) have made changes to the executive leadership team.

Michael J. Garberding has been promoted to EnLink president and CFO. Benjamin D. Lamb was promoted to the executive leadership team as executive vice president of corporate development.

Previously, Garberding held several positions with EnLink’s Midstream’s predecessor, Crosstex Energy, including executive vice president and CFO and, prior to that, senior vice president of business development and finance. He has more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience in the energy industry. Garberding earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Lamb joined Crosstex, EnLink’s predecessor, in December 2012. Prior to joining Crosstex, he worked in the investment banking industry advising executives and boards of major corporations on critical strategic and financial decisions, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate and financial restructurings and financings in the debt, equity and bank capital markets.

Lamb earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Economics and International Business from Baylor University.
